The global architecture and design firm Corgan announced the opening of its San Antonio office on April 14.

The details

Located on the 19th floor of Frost Tower, the firm is dedicated to offering elevated architecture and design services for clients in aviation and transportation, data centers, education, health and government. Corgan also offers services for multifamily housing, offices and workplaces.

Led by native San Antonians Paige Ollre, workplace studio leader, and Andrew Perez, education studio leader, the new office will build on more than 25 years of experience in working in San Antonio.

Corgan’s notable local projects include work at San Antonio International Airport, where the firm—in partnership with Lake|Flato Architects—is leading the design of the new state-of-the-art terminal. The new terminal’s design draws inspiration from the Texas Hill Country and the Riverwalk.


Corgan has provided workplace design services for local clients, including CPS Energy, JPMorgan Chase and Texas Capital Bank. The firm has also designed several data centers in the region for a variety of companies like CyrusOne and Stream Data Centers. Additionally, The firm is contracted with several regional school districts, including Boerne ISD, Judson ISD, Navarro ISD and New Braunfels ISD.

What else?

According to a news release, Corgan is consistently ranked in the top five architecture firms, with Building Design + Construction ranking the firm as the first in data centers, second in airports, and fourth for overall architecture firm. Corgan was also named the “Firm of the Year” by the American Society of Interior Designers in 2024 .

Founded and headquartered in Dallas, Corgan has grown rapidly in the last few years, and has opened in five new markets and expanded to 19 offices.


The San Antonio office is planning to hire local architects and designers in 2025.
