Several new dining and entertainment spots have opened in neighboring areas, including Cowboys and Cadillacs, a three-story rooftop bar aiming to blend historic charm with a high-end Western atmosphere.

Cowboys and Cadillacs

The three-story rooftop bar and music venue has been in the works for about three years. Owner Cameron Corzine said he is excited to open and hopes to revitalize downtown while preserving New Braunfels' historic charm with the new "high-end, Western," bar. The 15,000-square-foot venue features a bar on each floor, and a full stage for live music and private events. Cowboys and Cadillacs has over 70 cocktails, including classics, frozen drinks and signature creations, along with more than 50 wine selections available by the glass or bottle. The bar's food menu includes flatbreads, salads, entrees and desserts.
