Mike Morales, a CPA-turned-entrepreneur, is opening Fresh Coat Painters in August to offer residential and commercial painting services around the North San Antonio area, including Stone Oak, Hollywood Park and Shavano Park.
According to a news release, Morales is bringing his business acumen to owning a painting company, which is mobile and has no permanent brick-and-mortar storefront.
Fresh Coat Painters’ services include interior and exterior painting, wallpaper removal, accent wall painting, faux finishes, deck painting and refinishing, cabinet painting, staining and refinishing, and professional color consultation.
Fresh Coat commercial painters are experienced and skilled at dealing with safety certifications and special equipment. They provide free estimates and free paint upgrades.
Before joining the residential and commercial painting brand, Morales spent years in corporate America, working in accounting roles for major companies such as Coca-Cola and MillerCoors.
He said he was curious about Fresh Coat Painters and decided the north central San Antonio area was ideal to grow his new business.
Company officials said they are pursuing expansion of the Fresh Coat Painters brand across Texas.
