NewSouth Window Solutions, part of the PGT Innovations family of brands, celebrated the opening of its first retail showroom in North San Antonio with a June 22 ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Located at 5563 De Zavala Road, Ste. 200, the 2,346-square-foot showroom offers an interactive experience where patrons may test full-size windows and doors.

NewSouth Window Solutions offers energy-efficient and impact-resistant windows, entry doors and patio doors, among other products, and operates 11 other retail showroom locations across Florida, Louisiana, South Carolina and Georgia, company officials said.

Company officials said they also recently expanded its product portfolio to include garage doors from Martin Door, PGTI's most recently acquired brand, in addition to the wide selection of current product offerings.

“With this showroom, customers in San Antonio can take advantage of the streamlined factory-direct purchase experience, along with the many benefits of our energy-efficient and impact-resistant NewSouth products,” PGT President and CEO Jeff Jackson said in a statement. “We are thrilled to continue expanding our brand’s footprint to bring our exceptional NewSouth products and services to San Antonio homeowners.”

Company officials said ribbon-cutting ceremonies were also held recently for NewSouth’s Dallas and Fort Worth locations, and another showroom is planned to open in Austin later this year.
