This nationwide grocer has set the opening date for its newest location, the first of its kind in Comal County.

The overview

Sprouts Farmers Market is officially opening on Jan. 23 at 275 Creekside Crossing, the company announced in a Nov. 5 news release.

It’s situated in the city’s growing Creekside Crossing shopping development, where other large chains like Texas Roadhouse and Topgolf have expanded in the last year, according to previous Community Impact reporting.

Long story short

The market will offer a variety of organic produce, meats, grocery items and more.

It’s set up like a traditional farmers' market, with a produce section in the center of the store, according to the release.

On the shelves are a variety of plant-based, keto, dairy-free and gluten-free products.
