A New Braunfels burger spot is planning to expand to north San Antonio.

What’s happening?

The owners of Muck and Fuss, a downtown New Braunfels restaurant that features burgers and craft beers, plan to establish a footprint in San Antonio between the Rogers Ranch and Deerfield neighborhoods.

According to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing, Muck and Fuss will build a $4.5 million, 8,812-square-foot restaurant on an undeveloped tract at 2422 N. Loop 1604 W.

The filing stated that the construction project will begin in August 2024 and wrap up at the end of 2025.

What else?

The menu at Muck and Fuss has 15 varieties of burgers, including a breakfast burger with a fried egg and jalapeno cheddar tots, as well as the Pour Over burger, which features pimento mac and cheese, fried onion strings, and housemade barbecue sauce.

Muck and Fuss also serves up specialty fries, salads, dips, appetizers, milkshakes and boozy shakes for adults.
