Six North San Antonio polling sites see steady, moderate lines

Six polling stations in North San Antonio saw steady lines and moderate wait times on the morning of Nov. 5.

Larger, well-known locations like Brook Hollow Library, Shavano Park City Hall and Encino Library have lines that are growing larger as the day continues. Other sites, which multiple officials called “hidden gems,” have little to no wait times and a quick flow of voters. These include Bradley Middle School, Hill Country Village City Hall and Hollywood Park City Hall.

According to the Bexar County Elections Department, registered voters are able to cast their ballot at any of the more than 300 polling stations throughout the county.

Number of voters who have cast their ballot as of 11:30 a.m.:

• Bradley Middle School: 178 ballots cast
• Brook Hollow Library: 542 ballots cast
• Encino Library: 483 ballots cast
• Hill Country Village City Hall: 167 ballots cast
• Hollywood Park City Hall: 235 ballots cast
• Shavano Park City Hall: 286 ballots cast

According to final early voting tallies released by Bexar County Elections Department, 574,920 voters cast their ballots during the early voting period, which is approximately 44% of registered voters in the county.
