Early voting for the March 3 primary elections has closed, bringing out nearly 19% of registered voters in Kendall County.
March 3 is the last day to cast a vote for candidates running in the Republican Party for county judge, Precinct 2 commissioner and Precinct 4 commissioner. Justice of the peace seats and other state and county offices will also be on the ballot.
Justice of the peace, Precinct 1, is the only county race with a Democratic candidate, and the race is unopposed.

During the early voting period, 18.89% of registered voters cast a ballot, totaling 7,528 residents at the polls.
Of the early voting days, Feb. 27 brought out the largest number of voters, having 1,493 ballots cast throughout the day. Election day is March 3, with polls open from 7 a.m. through 7 p.m.

The city of Fair Oaks Ranch is located in three counties, and residents living in Kendall County will have to vote at one of the listed polling locations.
Fair Oaks Ranch Police Department will serve as a Bexar County polling location, and Bexar County residents can vote at any polling location across the county.
