North East ISD is offering new school bus drivers a sign-on bonus of up to $2,000.
According to a news release, new drivers who have their commercial driver’s license will get a $2,000 signing bonus.
NEISD will train potential drivers for their CDL test if they do not already have one. Those drivers will receive a $1,000 signing bonus, the release states.
Current NEISD transportation employees can also earn a $2,000 referral bonus for referring a friend, the release states.
