Local Tex-Mex chain Tia's Taco Hut continues its San Antonio expansion with a new location at 3643 E. Evans Road, San Antonio, which will be part of a retail center.

The menu features enchilada plates, breakfast tacos, soups, salads, parrilladas, burgers and other items.
Construction on the 10,861-square-foot restaurant began in August 2023 and was expected to be completed at the end of April of this year, but the building is yet to be completed.
