The Ready Room, a coffee, beer and wine bar, opened Aug. 24 in Cibolo.

Todd Koym said the bar was founded by himself and Jeff Griggs. The bar’s theme is inspired by Griggs’ military background as a Navy pilot.
The Ready Room offers a selection of domestic, craft and draft beers and wine. According to Koym, their coffee menu offers lattes, espressos and other beverages from Houston-based Katz Coffee. Koym said the business will be expanding its wine selections in the near future.
The Ready Room is in its soft opening phase and will on Aug. 31 at 11 a.m. the business will begin to show college football games. The new business will also have limited hours from Mon.-Fri., opening at 2 p.m.
What else?
Koym said visitors are welcomed to order pizza from Domino's located next door and enjoy pizza with their drinks. The Ready Room is in the space formerly occupied by Big Hops.
