A New England seafood restaurant will open in February at the corner of Turner Avenue and River Road in Boerne.
In a nutshell
Pinchy’s Lobster & Raw Bar—which opened its first location in Sevierville, Tennessee in 2022—will offer fresh seafood such as lobster, oysters and sushi. The full service restaurant will also have live music on an outdoor stage on weekends.
“We’re trying to bring the very best seafood we can bring,” said Phil Robertson, managing partner for the restaurant.
Robertson said all the seafood offered is from the Atlantic Ocean, caught off the Chesapeake Bay seaboard and north to off the Maine coast. The lobsters only come from the Maine seaboard, he said.
“Even if it would save a few dollars, that’s not who we are,” Robertson said. “We want to bring in some dishes that just bring that wow for people to really enjoy an incredible meal.”
