Naco Mexican Eatery, based in northeast San Antonio, is scheduled to open in a third location in October near downtown.
According to a news release, Naco Grayson will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner at 310 W. Grayson St. in the SA Yacht Club development near Pearl.
Led by the husband-and-wife team of Francisco Estrada and Lizzeth Martinez, Naco Grayson is the third Naco Mexican Eatery concept for the duo.
The downtown-area restaurant, like the other two Naco eateries on the northeast side, will focus on traditional Mexican street foods, such as tacos, tortas and chilaquiles; and shareable appetizer options, such as Mexican white corn in a cup, queso fundido with chips and salsa, loaded frijoles borrachos, ceviche, and more. Naco Grayson will offer patio seating and a pickup window for to-go orders.
