The Avendaños, owners of El Dorado Mexican Restaurant, opened their new to-go eatery in the Olmos Creek shopping center.
The menu includes corn and flour tortillas, breakfast tacos, burritos, barbacoa tacos, chicken tinga and carne con chile tacos.
