A new Chick-fil-A location is slated to open in 2026 at 20139 Stone Oak Parkway, San Antonio.
About the project
Representatives of the chain didn’t confirm details about the restaurant as of press time. However, a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation states that the new 5,666-square-foot building will cost $4.5 million. Construction is set to begin in May 2026 and is expected to be completed by October 2026. Projects filed with the TDLR can change.

“While we are still early in the process, Chick-fil-A is happy to share that we are actively pursuing a new location at Stone Oak Parkway and Canyon Golf Road,” a Chick-fil-A representative said in an email statement. “We are excited to add a new restaurant to the San Antonio area, where each locally-owned and operated restaurant creates 80 to 120 jobs. We hope to have the opportunity to serve new guests delicious food in an environment of genuine hospitality.”
