A Mexican eatery focused on quesadillas and a mimosa-centric bar both opened over the holiday season in north central San Antonio.

Las Quesabrosaz

Owners of Las Quesabrosaz, a Mexican restaurant, opened their third San Antonio location in Stone Oak. Las Quesabrosaz specializes in Mexican street snacks, including a variety of quesadillas and sopes. Las Quesabrosaz has two other eateries in San Antonio.

Mimosa Gossip

Mimosa Gossip, a brunch and mimosa-centric restaurant, recently opened in the Redland Plaza retail center. Mimosa Gossip features more than 35 varieties of mimosas, available at any time, along with brunch, seasonal drinks and other treats. Reservations are encouraged.
