New office park development on its way to North San Antonio

A new office development is being built on Vista Del Norte Drive, near Wurzbach Parkway in North San Antonio.

Mapping it out

The Vista Norte Office Park is expected to be completed at the end of 2025, owners of Merit Commercial Real Estate told Community Impact.

The park has four separate buildings for sale, intended for medical or professional use, according to the development’s marketing package.

They range from 2,000 to 3,455 square feet, according to the map of the property.

The takeaway

Merit officials said one building has already been purchased and future owners must finish out the office shells once they’re completed.
