Roadrunner Way Realty, LLC is building new housing near the University of Texas at San Antonio’s North San Antonio campus in 2026.
The details
Located at 14440 Roadrunner Way, the new 188,301-square-foot construction will be a four-story building with a total of 163 units. The building also features nine handicap-accessible units. A swimming pool is also planned as a future project.
The project is estimated to begin on Nov. 11 and be completed July 1, 2026. The estimated cost of the project is $2,710,2384.
