Apartment complex Greyson Luxury Living is now leasing units at 1734 N. Loop 1604 W., San Antonio.
Once fully open in December, the 291-unit complex will offer one-to-three-bedroom apartments for rent.
The details
The three-building complex will begin leasing one- and two-bedroom units in building 2, company officials said. Rent for a one-bedroom unit is $1,317, two-bedroom units start at $1,947 and three-bedroom units start at $2,611.
Features include wood-style flooring, private patios and balconies, quartz and granite countertops, modern single-basin sinks with ceramic tile backsplash, kitchen islands, stainless-steel appliances and full-size washer and dryer connections.
