Multifamily housing underway along Pat Booker Road in Universal City

A new luxury apartment complex, called Twenty Nine 02 Apartments, is being built at 2902 Pat Booker Road in Universal City.

Project details

The developer is White-Conlee Builders, a privately held real estate development and construction company headquartered in San Antonio. The development will consist of 268 units across 10 residential buildings.

There will be a clubhouse, community pool, cabanas and dog park. Twenty Nine 02 Apartments will offer one- to three-bedroom units with one to two bathrooms, Michael Cassata, Universal City’s development services and economic development corporation director, said in an email to Community Impact.

Looking ahead

Construction began in May and is expected to wrap up in the fall or winter of 2026, Cassata said in the email.
