After seven months in the Boerne area, The Rocker closed its doors in May.

The overview

The bakery and Mexican restaurant opened in October, owned by the Herrera family behind New City Bakery in New Braunfels and City Bakery in San Marcos.

While the Boerne location closed, the other two restaurants remain open.

Alongside the closing of the restaurant, the large rocking chair in front of the building was relocated in early June. The chair was moved to Boerne Backyard, located off I-10.
