A new barbecue restaurant will be opening this year in Schertz.
What we know
Smokey Mo's BBQ is anticipated to open within the Schertz Station development in early April, Smokey Mo's President Craig Haley said in an email to Community Impact.
"The store will be open in early April if everything goes according to schedule," Haley said.
What they offer
Smokey Mo's BBQ sells barbecue plates, sandwiches and wraps. The restaurant also sells brisket, pork belly burnt ends, turkey and sausage by the half pound. Smokey Mo's BBQ also serves an assortment of sides, including pinto beans, potato salad, green beans and more.
