Lone Star Covered opened its new brick and mortar storefront in Universal City Dec. 1.

Store owner Alex Franco has nearly 16 years of experience in residential and commercial upholstery and was previously serving clients from home.
“This is a big accomplishment, especially having been working from home," Franco said. "We are very, very happy to be able to do this.”
Lone Star Covered offers a large selection of fabrics to customize dining chairs, couches and reclining chairs. Commercial upholstery includes dentist chairs, barber chairs, restaurant booths and benches. Service offerings include upholstery repairs.
Lone Star Covered is located next to Mam’s Cigar Shop.
