A new boutique and wellness spa has opened in Boerne, offering both clothing and beauty services to customers.

Elara Aesthetics & Boutique opened its doors in Boerne on Jan. 30, according to Owner Michelle Hoyt.
The shop and wellness spa is located at 612 River Road inside a restored home, a spot which Hoyt said enhances the customer experience.
“It’s naturally beautiful and serene, and we loved the idea of creating a place where women could relax, shop and gather,” Hoyt told Community Impact.
Elara has both a beauty bar area and a section for boutique shopping, according to Hoyt.
“From our facial bar that seats six to the way we host intimate facial parties, everything is designed to feel elevated, social and special,” Hoyt said.
What’s new
The local business specifically offers facial treatments, microneedling, face peels and more for beauty purposes, while the boutique has a handpicked selection of clothing, accessories and personal hygiene products.
Hoyt said her ideal customer is anyone living the Hill Country lifestyle, looking for self-care and self-investment.
