Dollar Tree will be returning to Boerne after closing a store in 2024, according to a listing through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

According to site plans through property owner CBRE, the store will occupy the corner slot of the property, representing 10,500 square feet.
Dollar Tree is an international discount chain, offering products at a price point of $1.25, with some stores having special sections with price points of $3 and $5, according to the business website.
The previous Dollar Tree in Boerne was located at 1351 S. Main St.
While an official opening date has not been announced, the TDLR listing indicates the store is expected to open in the summer.
