Development in North San Antonio to add 3 new restaurants

A development near Cibolo Canyons is bringing more restaurants to North San Antonio.

TPC Town Plaza II, located at 4250 TPC Parkway, will have three restaurants leased in the space soon and include:

• Ginger’s Bistro, a burger joint
• Pan Dulce, a coffee and bakery
• Chops & Eggs Hash House

Sorting out the details

Sarah Teel, a broker with MSL Investments—the developer of the property—said two of the restaurants are new concept ideas, while Chop’s and Eggs is expanding from their location in Corpus Christi.

Teel said the aforementioned restaurants could open at the end of 2025 or in early 2026.
