Japanese retail chain Daiso continues to expand its presence in South Texas with two more locations at 2939 Thousand Oaks Drive, Ste. 125, San Antonio, and 8521 Blanco Road, Ste. 8523, San Antonio.

According to two Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations filings, Daiso began renovation in April for existing spaces at the Valley View Shopping Center near Castle Hills and the Thousand Oaks Shopping Center.
Developers did not respond to requests for comment to confirm an opening date for both stores, but a Google listing shows both stores are set to open Sept. 28.
