A bagel and sandwich shop called Boss Bagel has plans to open in Cibolo this fall at 1838 Cibolo Valley Drive.

Boss Bagel—owned by Erik and Katie Yeargan—serves a variety of egg sandwiches, coffee and tea.

The bagel shop has two other San Antonio locations.
