North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce will hold a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony April 12 for Affordable Health Insurance Agency’s new office, which will be located inside the H-E-B plus store at Blanco Road and Loop 1604. Opening activities will include an appearance by the Spurs Coyote.
