With all precincts in Kendall County reporting, Olvera, Parker and Pearson remain the top vote getters for their respective seats.
In the Place 3 race, Olvera received 623, or 56.28% of votes, while opponent Scott Rose received 484, or 43.72% of votes.
For Place 4, which did not have an incumbent, Pearson led with 621, or 56.97% of votes and Roff received the remaining 469, or 43.03% of votes. Scott Parker will retain his Place 5 seat after receiving 626, or 57.27% of votes.

The city of Fair Oaks Ranch has three City Council seats up for the May 3 election, with incumbents Ruben Olvera and Scott Parker leading their respective races, while Dale Pearson leads the race for the Place 4 seat.
Breaking it down
Early totals from Kendall County show Olvera leading the Place 3 race with 487, or 56.43% of votes.
In the Place 4 race, which does not have an incumbent candidate, Dale Pearson leads with 480, or 56.67% of votes, while opponent James Roff received 367, or 43.33% of early votes.
Incumbent Scott Parker leads the Place 5 election with 483, or 56.82% of early votes.
