Pan & Coffee owners Andrea and Roberto Rodriguez began serving specialty coffee and pan baked goods in Stone Oak in 2021. Now, the husband-and-wife team will be launching a new location in the Fair Oaks area.

Co-owner Eric Lawitz, who is Andrea Rodriguez’s father, confirmed the new location will feature a drive-thru, unlike its flagship location at 19298 Stone Oak Parkway, Ste. 1101, San Antonio.
According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction on the 4,000-square-foot building is estimated to cost $1.9 million. Construction is scheduled to begin March 1 and July 31.
