About the owners
The eatery is locally-owned by the Herrera family behind New City Bakery in New Braunfels and City Bakery in San Marcos.
The Rocker offers a variety of pan dulce items such as conchas, cookies and doughnuts. On the restaurant side, guests can order birria tacos, breakfast tacos, tortas and more.
