In case you missed it
The Red Rooster officially closed its doors on Dec. 31, according to a Facebook post from mother-daughter ownership duo Grace Wormington and Jennifer Finch.
The shop was located at 225 S. Main St. on the Hill Country Mile.
“The time has come for us to retire and begin a new chapter of life. This decision comes with a full heart and deep gratitude for the community that has supported this little shop through the years,” the pair said in the post.
Two-minute impact
The Red Rooster offered a selection of vintage goods, antique gifts and home decor, according to their Facebook page.
The business also sold a wide range of holiday decorations and gifts, from Christmas to Thanksgiving and more.
