Boerne Station Business Park, located off Ebner Street, is moving forward following two filings through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, or TDLR.
The details
The new business park is being built on the former site of the Boerne Depot, which closed in 1971.
Developers said the project will focus on providing high-quality office space with a historic flair and architectural nod to the Depot buildings that once stood in its place.
The project was previously brought before the Planning and Zoning Commission in 2019, where it was approved.
TDLR filings reveal plans for a “Freight Room” and “Ice Haus,” slated for construction in 2026 with an anticipated opening by 2028.
