Round Rock ISD officials set in motion a 286-seat expansion to the cafeteria of Stony Point High School Sept. 21, bringing the 2018 bond project one step closer to addressing the school's need for more lunch room capacity.
In a nutshell
District officials moved forward with the use of $2.75 million in bond funds to expand the existing cafeteria to accommodate a growing student population. The expansion will include the partial enclosing of an existing courtyard. It will bring the capacity in line with what is similarly available at other high schools within RRISD, district documents show.
