The truck initially opened in Killeen, Texas, in spring of 2020. The eatery relocated to Sunset on the Rise Food Truck Park with its opening in May.
Owned by native Floridian with Bahamian roots Teresa Saunders, the truck specializes in southern comfort food. Customers can find breakfast, lunch and dinner meals including fried fish plates, oxtail plates and more.
