From 2012-16 the median price of all households in Williamson County rose by 18.3 percent, settling at $209,400, according to the U.S. Census Bureau’s American Community Survey. Homes in Travis County rose in value by 17.46 percent over that same time, and in 2016 the median home value was $253,600.
