UPDATE: SH 45 and the flyovers reopened around 2:30 p.m. ORIGINAL POST: A portion of the SH 45 roadway including the northbound flyover from SH 130 and the southbound flyover will be closed in the morning Thursday, Oct. 11 while police officers conduct a traffic fatality investigation, according to the city of Pflugerville. The closure will begin at 10 a.m. and will continue for a few hours. The roadway is expected to reopen before rush hour, according to city officials. Pflugerville police officers will be investigating a traffic fatality that occurred over the weekend in the area.
