Papi’s Pies opened Dec. 9 at 10 Chisholm Trail, Round Rock. Papi’s Pies features breakfast tacos, saltenas and desserts, including croissants, apple pie, chocoflan, Mexican cheesecake, tres leches cake and lime meringue pie.
