Central Texas BMX Racetrack held a grand opening Aug. 7 at 5001 Killingsworth Lane near the Northeast Metropolitan Park. The facility features a mixed-surface track for BMX bicycle racing, a concession area, shaded spectator area and pedestrian paths and will feature a balance bike track and an all-asphalt pump track in the coming months.
