UPDATE: All lanes of I-35 have re-opened. All northbound lanes and two southbound lanes of I-35 at Westinghouse Road are closed due to an accident, according to Round Rock police. The Texas Department of Transportation is on the way to the scene for cleanup, RRPD said. The accident involved a dump truck and was reported shortly before 2 p.m., RRPD said. The road is backed up for miles in both directions. No time was given for the road to reopen.
