Flex Fit Gym will move from its current location at 1500 A.W. Grimes Blvd., Ste. 1500 in Round Rock to its new location at 4500 E. Palm Valley Blvd., Ste. A-120 in Round Rock. The gym features 24 hour access, cardio equipment, weight machines, free weights, and will now offer group zumba and yoga classes.
