Seeking to turn a corner of the Pflugerville H-E-B lot at Pecan Street and Old Austin-Hutto Road into a commercial area, the Texas grocery store chain filed a zoning application with the city in late December. Real estate firm Bury, which filed the application on behalf of H-E-B, did not respond to requests for comment. It has not been disclosed what business is expected to occupy the lot if the zoning application is approved.
