Ajo owners to open casual upscale restaurant, Swank, across the street in Round Rock

Swank, a casual upscale restaurant with high-end steak and seafood, will open late May or early June. The restaurant, at 118 E. Main St., Round Rock, is owned by Mary Estrada and Albert Benitez. They also own and operate Ajo, located directly across the street at 121 E. Main St.
