Road work on a pair of roads in Richardson is expected to cause lane closures for the next several months, according to a news release from the city.

What you need to know

Lanes on Campbell Road spanning from Glenville Drive to Lakeside Boulevard may close to traffic from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. as fiber optic work takes place.

The right lane of eastbound Renner Road between Foxboro Drive and Owens Boulevard is also closed from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. as a gas leak is investigated and repaired by Atmos.

What’s next

A section of work on Campbell Drive from Firman Drive to Glenville Drive is expected to end in late November, while the rest near Greenville Avenue is expected to end by late December.

The lane closure on Renner Road is expected to end in late October.
