The median home price increased about 25% in the 75082 ZIP code area compared to last year. The 75080 ZIP code area saw a decrease of nearly 9.5%.

More than 70 homes were sold in February 2024 compared to 82 homes sold in February 2023. The 75081 ZIP code area was the only area to sell more houses in February compared to last year.
