A new 45,000-square-foot retail development is currently under construction in Richardson, Tony Ramji, founder and CEO of Victory Real Estate Group, said.

According to Ramji, the development aligns with a redevelopment initiative which aims to convert former industrial spaces along the Central Expressway into retail and dining.
