The Caroline Eastside Apartments in Richardson is currently leasing, according to a July 14 press release from El-Paso based developer Hunt Development.
The details
The three-building, 384-unit apartment complex, located near US 75 and the George Bush Turnpike, offers studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, according to the release.
Amenities include an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center with a yoga room, dog washing station, dog park and walking trails, the release states.
Currently, two of the three buildings in the complex are still under construction, and amenities are expected to be completed by the end of August, a Caroline Eastside representative said.
