Associa plans headquarters move to Richardson

A Dallas-based property management company, Associa plans to relocate its headquarters to Richardson, according to a city news release.

The company plans to invest $55.5 million for the relocation and creation of 250 jobs—along with the consolidation of 500 more—in Richardson over a three-year period as part of the move, per the news release.

Associa has a headquarters in Dallas, located at 5401 N. Central Expressway. According to the company’s website, it has over 300 branch offices and 15,000 employees.

The two office buildings that will be used by the company total 260,000 square feet, according to the city news release. The location is two office buildings along the southwest corner of East Lookout Drive and North Plano Road.
