Two medical practices have merged and opened in their new Richardson location.

AlignRight Pain & Wellness is a combination of AlignRight Chiropractic and Richardson Pain and Wellness, which now office in the same space. According to its website, the practice offers a variety of services, including:

  • Pain management
  • Chiropractic
  • Regenerative and medical weight loss services

There are also plans to eventually add a medical spa within the new location.
